• Eckhart endeavours to provide the best customer support in the industry. Eckhart promises that its service and support staff will attempt to handle any problem involving Eckhart products or services. Service offerings may vary from product to product. Eckhart has no obligation to provide service or support until Eckhart has received full payment for the product or service for which service or support is requested.

Shipping Charges and Taxes

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Eckhart's order confirmation and invoice(s). Unless Customer provides Eckhart with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Eckhart's acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated.Eckhart does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein. Eckhart will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other possible consequential special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided here.

Payment Options

After placing an order, Eckhart will send you a detailed order confirmation with a unique order tracking number. Payment for the products may be made by creditcard, wire transfer, bank transaction or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Eckhart. Eckhart accepts Visa, American Express and Eurocard / MasterCard, and transfers to the various Eckhart bank accounts such as ABN AMRO, Rabobank and ING. Terms of payment are within Eckhart's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Eckhart, payment must be received by Eckhart prior to Eckhart's acceptance of an order. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the order confirmation and invoice, measured from the date of the order confirmation and invoice. Eckhart may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Eckhart until accepted and confirmed by Eckhart.
